The Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations organization partners with our Cloud sales organization in developing go-to-market strategies, providing business-critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning company priorities with excellent day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be a critical member of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Operations team and lead the business analyst function, collaborating with different stakeholders. You will focus on deconstructing and re-creating businesses to meet changing strategic and operational needs, enable, incubate, and scale innovation, establish more efficient practices, and align functions and stakeholders to help the company continue to achieve its vast potential.
You will help scale up our business in the region by helping Google drive strategic and operational initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth and drive operational excellence. Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a sales operations role or consulting role.
- Experience in the technical industry with SaaS/Cloud/software enterprises.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software/Google Sheets/database languages (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing and collaborating with executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of Finance from a sales perspective.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment with limited direction.
- Capability to balance engaging priorities and manage multiple time-constrained projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, investigative, presentation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop insights on business performance, core performance metrics, and support in preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews for the Sales teams and cross-functional teams through the preparation of custom dashboards.
- Drive operational excellence (e.g., forecast calls, opportunity and health, and performance metrics) across our growing Google Cloud teams in-market, and ensure that internal stakeholder issues get resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide operations support for issue resolution on post-planning efforts and oversee the systems used by the Operations teams for data mining and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Support, Industry Solutions, Demand Execution, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources (HR).
- Support the annual planning cycle by providing insights into performance, business growth, trends, growth rate, productivity, and set up territories, account segments, organizational design, and goals.
