About the Team:
WWCP stands as a global leader in delivering cost-optimal solutions that provide customers with exceptional human support while prioritizing associate experience. Our responsibilities encompass:
- Planning customer support staffing.
- Preserving customer experience during interactions with customer service.
- Ensuring optimal costs for providing customer support.
We meticulously craft a comprehensive workforce management plan by strategically analyzing historical data and forecasting potential business events to accurately predict the number of required associates for a specified period.
Locations and Basic Qualifications
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of our Hyderabad, TS, IND office. Basic qualifications for the role include:
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, including familiarity with design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
