Key Responsibilities:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will:
- Collaboratively Shape Vision and Strategy: Work with the team and stakeholders to drive business decisions and shape the vision for solving complex business problems across retail and other cross-systems outside of retail.
- Develop Long-Term Architecture: Design and develop architecture with a focus on long-term, futuristic needs.
- Mentorship and Quality Delivery: Mentor team members, contribute to their growth, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Deep Dive and Develop: Dive deep into problems and develop maintainable systems. Act as a technical leader with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions against all odds.
