Job Accountabilities
Project Control and Scheduling
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Assist in Preparation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures: Establish a solid foundation for project control from the initial stages.
- Review and Update Integrated EPC Primavera/MS Project Schedules: Ensure timely updates and reviews to keep the project on track.
- Analyze Critical Paths: Identify key project milestones and potential delays to mitigate risks.
Establish and Manage Schedules:
- L1 Milestone Schedule
- L3 Detail Schedule

- Planning Package
- PMS & S Curves Your role will involve analyzing variances, identifying trends and deviations, recommending corrective actions, and issuing alerts to ensure project adherence to plans.
Data Management
Ensuring accuracy and consistency in project data is crucial. You will:
- Generate, Check, and Analyze Data Weekly: Maintain up-to-date and accurate project data.
- Prepare and Update Weekly Work Plans: Align team efforts with project timelines.
- Review Issue Logs and Facilitate Resolutions: Proactively address and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
Risk Management

- Manage Project CBS: Oversee Scope Matrix, Billing Schedule, Overall Cash-Flow, and other financial metrics.
- Conduct Project Cost Estimation: Estimate module costs, productivity, resource costs, and perform job cost analysis.
- Control Budget: Oversee budget allocation, control, and ensure expenditures align with projections.
- Perform Earned Value Analysis: Measure project performance and recommend corrective actions.
Meetings and Reporting
Effective communication is key to project success. You will:
- Conduct Kick-Off Meetings: Set the stage for project execution.
- Hold Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Meetings: Facilitate regular updates and discussions with clients and contractors.
