Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Support: Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to candidates, from their initial application to their onboarding process. This includes answering inquiries, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback.

- Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our Resourcing Shared Services teams in Mumbai and South Africa to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience. This collaborative approach ensures that candidates receive consistent and high-quality support throughout their journey.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication is key in this role. You’ll need to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support Functions: You’ll assist Resourcing Specialists and Managers with various tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Compliance: Compliance with data protection regulations is essential. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in our Workday system.
- Offer Management: Facilitating the timely delivery of offer documentation to candidates is crucial in securing top talent. You’ll ensure that offer letters are sent promptly and accurately, and that candidates have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for right to work and pre-employment screening processes is a key aspect of this role. You’ll verify candidates’ eligibility to work and ensure that all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
