As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Danfoss office and manufacturing environments via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that our IT infrastructure remains robust and efficient.

Achieve Goals/Targets: Meeting IT KPIs and Global Service Desk KPIs is paramount. These metrics are designed to ensure that our IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Resolve Incidents and Requests: Timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and other tasks within their designated deadlines is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency.
Maintain Relationships: Building and maintaining good relationships with business partners and co-workers is essential. This includes effective communication, collaboration, and support.
Performance and Development: Demonstrating strong performance and ongoing development in all planned objectives is key to personal and professional growth within the organization.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services:
User Requisitions: Receive, register, and address user requisitions through multiple channels such as phone, email, and other communication platforms. Act as the first and second line of support to provide immediate assistance.
Administration: Administer users, systems, and user rights in accordance with Danfoss standards. This includes managing access controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Incident Management: Work on and follow-up with incidents, service requests, problems, and other assigned tasks. Ensure that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
User Guidance: Advise, guide, and instruct users on the use of products, systems, and technology (both software and hardware). Provide training and support to enhance user proficiency and satisfaction.
Error Identification: Identify errors and conduct root cause analysis to deliver high-quality IT solutions. Create detailed documentation of systems, processes, and error resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies as outlined in Danfoss Corporate Standards. This includes managing PC clients and other IT systems securely and reporting any breaches to Danfoss Security.

- Network connectivity and infrastructure.
