Job Description
The Purpose of This Role
The Vision and Mission of Solutions Office is to enable our internal customers and clients with simple, intuitive, and scalable solutions to reduce risk and effort. In this role, you will:
- Lead projects
- Gather, assess, and scope requirements
- Groom stories in collaboration with development and automation teams
- Roll out solutions to users
- Work on complex data requests, including gathering data from Fidelity systems, using Excel to analyze, consolidate, and summarize data
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Proficiencies:
- Data analysis and reporting
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excel formulas
- Pulling reports from different sources, aggregating, and summarizing in the required format
- Requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Understanding business processes and creating process flows
Skills:
- Complete complex requests needing high degree of domain and process knowledge
- Own services such as corporate actions and deconversions as a SME
- Consult with relationship managers and explain processes as a SME
- Facilitate discussions with diversified stakeholders
- Adapt to the changing needs of the solutions office
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree

- Deliver client data reports accurately and in the required format
- Create efficiency within MD organization by owning services and completing requests on their behalf
- Consult with MDs to ensure seamless submission of requests with utmost quality and timeliness

The Solutions Office is a distributed team with end-to-end solution and execution capabilities. We help identify and complete activities/capabilities that can be transitioned to us, allowing our business partners to be more focused on delivering results to our clients, prospects, and advisor community. Our team provides solution development and execution support using agile techniques, a “good/better/best” approach, and domain expertise to rapidly re-engineer and automate front-end processes.
