Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Resolve technical issues related to in-house applications based on .NET, API queries, Boomi, or any integration platform basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors via email, chat, or remote desktop connections.
• Handle operational support escalations.
• Proactively automate regular tasks to improve efficiency.

System Monitoring and Improvement

• Continually improve operations through routine monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions.
• Review system log files, perform trend analysis, and manage configuration, incidents, problems, and changes.

Architectural Recommendations and Documentation

• Work with Solution and Enterprise Architects on system or architectural changes to improve performance, high availability, and scalability.
• Ensure architectural consistency and provide technical direction through the roadmap process, knowledge management, and disaster recovery plan development and testing.
• Create necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or innovative technology deployments as reference architecture for the global operation team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in diagnosing technical issues.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services of Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience in coding or script debugging.
• Backend data analysis and experience in integration platforms.
• Knowledge of Powershell and Python.

Communication and Management Skills

• Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and a thorough understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to maintain OLA and SLA agreements with other Micron Business Units.
• Flexibility to work shifts to provide 24×7 support to applications.

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with using generative AI tools in day-to-day work.
