This is an opportunity to build your learning expertise in a collaborative and forward-looking team culture. You’ll be driving the ongoing promotion of learning opportunities and encouraging their regular use. Your work will play a key role in ensuring our people have the knowledge and capability they need to perform at the highest level. This role is offered at the associate level.
What You’ll Do
Working closely with the wider team, your role as a Learning Associate will involve:
- Designing and Delivering Capability Strategy: Helping to design and deliver the function’s capability strategy.
- Project Management: Project managing components of broader capability projects and leading other capability initiatives, keeping stakeholders regularly updated with their progress.
- Developing and Maintaining MI: Developing and maintaining accurate management information (MI) for capability projects.
- Managing Reviews and Data Imports: Managing the review of minimum standards, updates to the hierarchy, and regular data imports of completed learning and learning items.
- Maintaining the Learning Portal: Ensuring ongoing service delivery and working with developers to implement upgrades and changes.
- Engaging with Learning Colleagues: Making sure we have a forward plan of upcoming activities aligned to the function.
- Building Strong Relationships: Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the function and other learning and technical training teams.
The Skills You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone with a background in commercial banking, along with strong collaboration skills and the ability to build stakeholder relationships. You’ll be highly organized with good planning skills, and you’ll be able to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
Required Skills:
- Experience in managing stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
