About the Role
Team:
The Cloud Automation team supports the InnerSource program called “Cloud Blueprints.” This program aids our OnPrem to Cloud and application modernization initiatives, offering DevOps and TechOps teams the capabilities to manage cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) in a consistent, secure, and efficient manner. This includes maintaining Terraform modules, CI/CD templates, and supporting teams in using these projects.
Impact:
The Cloud Engineer will guide the internal community on maintaining and using “blueprints.” Responsibilities include removing impediments, providing documentation, fixing broken pipelines, updating projects, and training colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain blueprints to support Cloud Migrations and application modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help grow the Cloud Blueprints program.
- Support product development and TechOps teams to implement blueprints for OnPrem to Cloud migration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve impediments for blueprint development, such as pipeline failures and process optimization.
Skills
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with AWS Services, and preferably Azure Web Services and/or Google Cloud (GCP).
- Programming: Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as shell, Python, Terraform, PowerShell, and preferably Go or other programming languages.
