Responsibilities
- Build Scalable Advertising Solutions: Develop highly scalable, high-performance, and stable advertising experiences.
- Collaboration with Product Managers: Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements, translate them into design and implementation approaches, and rapidly converge on the best solution.
- Full Product Lifecycle Engineering: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design through maintenance, prioritizing and balancing trade-offs across functional domains.
- Hands-on Coding: Develop and maintain high-quality code, consistently delivering challenging, stable, and maintainable projects on schedule.
- Data Exploration: Analyze large data sets for relationships, insights, and anomalies.
- Customer Feedback: Understand customer feedback and resolve reported issues.
- Best Practices: Adopt and improve best practices to foster rapid software development and prototyping.
- Code and Documentation Standards: Maintain coding and documentation standards, participate in code reviews.
- Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship for junior engineers.
- Automate Deployments: Use Continuous Delivery and Integration pipelines for automated deployments.
- Status Updates: Provide regular project status updates to management.
Job Qualifications
